Welcome to Archon Solutions!

By registering for our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with your registration. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for our courses.

  1. Registration and Payment:

    • Registration for courses provided by Archon Solutions is completed through our online payment system. Full payment is required to secure your spot in the course.

    • All payments are to be made inINR, using the payment methods offered on our website.

  2. Course Access and Materials:

    • Upon successful registration and payment, you will gain access to the course materials as outlined in the course description.

    • Course access is granted solely to the registered individual and is not transferable.

  3. User Conduct:

    • Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards instructors and fellow participants at all times.

    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or infringement of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

  4. Amendments:

    • Archon Solutions reserves the right to modify the content, timing, and instructor of the course as necessary.

    • Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the course content or schedule.

  5. Privacy Policy:

    • Personal information collected through the registration process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

By registering for a course with Archon Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds:

We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following refund policy to accommodate your needs while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality training:

  1. Cancellations by Participant:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made within 10days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.

  2. Cancellations by Archon Solutions:

    • In the unlikely event that Archon Solutions must cancel a course, participants will be notified immediately and will have the option to either transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

  3. Non-attendance:

    • Failure to attend the course without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.

  4. Substitutions:

    • If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant to take your place, subject to [any conditions, e.g., notice period].
